Cons

  • – 4K runs at 30fps. For 60fps you drop to 1080p, so the two headline numbers cannot be had at the same time
  • – Almost nothing transmits 4K anyway — Zoom, Teams and Meet all compress well below it, so the resolution is for recording rather than for calls
  • – Roughly twice the price of the C920x for a difference most calls throw away. Buy it if you record; the C920x is the better call camera per dollar
  • – Like the C920x, low light is where it struggles, and the light correction that helps also softens the image
  • – No privacy shutter in the box on this configuration — a clip-on cover is included on some versions and not others, so check the listing you are buying
